Easy Crock Pot Beef 2 tbs olive oil flour 1 lb beef roast (whatever is on sale) 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes 1 onion quartered Braise floured meat on all sides in a pan with olive oil Toss in crockpot with remaining ingredients Cook on high for 4-6 hours until meat is done Serve with potatoes or other side veggie.
